Ironhouse
Gym features tons of free weights, commercial grade weight machines
and cardio equipment. Treadmills, stairmasters, recumbent lifecycles
and eliptical machines are the cardio of choice. In this 6,000 square
foot facility what you see is what you get! No swimming pools, no courts,
no group exercise classes and no steam or sauna. In fact we don't even
have showers. After all, most members live within a 5-10 minute drive,
so why bother!
What you will get at Ironhouse Gym is over 80 pieces of top quality
equipment, and the cleanest and best maintained facility you could hope
for! A friendly atmosphere is also included. One on one orientation
along with a certified personal trainer are available by appointment.
